We had the pleasure of working with one of our favorite artists, Askew, on a massive basketball court mural project spanning two full basketball courts at Marcy Houses in Brooklyn. As a promotion for an upcoming TBS TV show, The Last OG, both courts were newly renovated as a gift back to the community. Once complete, we were left in charge of reproducing Askew’s artwork on the massive scale. The awesome basketball court mural measured a total of 145’x135′ and took a total of long 9 days battling the rain, snow and freezing temperatures. This mural couldn’t have been possible if it had not been for the managerial expertise of Anne-Laure LeMaitre and our team of hardworking assistants. Tracy Morgan, the star of The Last OG, and local community leaders came by at the courts opening ceremony to give thanks and celebrate.
